The Residencia de Estudiantes and the Universidad Nacional Autónoma in Mexico signed an agreement of academic cooperation on January 25, 2002. To celebrate this event, the Residencia organized this exhibition, a walking tour of the university from past to present, from its establishment by Royal Charter in 1551 up to the rich academic, scientific, humanistic and cultural diversity that characterizes this institution today.
