This exhibition illustrated the lecture series given at the Residencia de Estudiantes on Dali's years as a "residente". The show contained bibliography and documents such as his drawings, letters to family and friends, books, periodicals and photographs recreating the atmosphere at the Residencia and his relationship with Luis Buñuel, Federico García Lorca and Maruja Mallo. The items shown came from several institutions and private archives such as the Federico García Lorca Foundation, Rafael Santos Torroella's collection, the Museo Nacional de Arte Reina Sofía and the Residencia de Estudiantes.
